The winter had hit hard, and as a long-time resident of the community, James saw the struggles of neighbours and local businesses trying to stay safe and operational in the snow and ice. Determined to make a difference, James began clearing driveways, car parks and pavements by hand. He had no truck, no heavy machinery—just the determination to help his community weather the storm.
